Right in the heart of Brno and close to major transportation hubs, we’ve created a boutique workspace featuring a coworking area and private offices. What makes it unique?
We believe that our surroundings influence how we feel and how we work. Lobi was created by the designers behind award-winning Czech office spaces, PREMIER interiors, who are based at Lobi themselves.
For us, design isn’t about visual appeal, but about thoughtful planning and uncompromising quality. That’s why we consciously work with architecture, materials, lighting, and acoustics.
At Lobi, we believe that every business—whether it’s just getting started or has already grown—deserves absolute comfort and high-quality materials. Nothing “starter-level,” nothing that will need to be improved over time. Treat yourself to a great workspace right now. With us, you’ll get a thoroughly thought-out interior design where the quality of materials, lighting, acoustics, equipment, furniture, and services all come together to create an environment conducive to focused work.
A space should support work, not complicate it. We save companies time, simplify day-to-day operations, and remove obstacles that unnecessarily distract from work. We take responsibility for operations, organization, and the details that companies would otherwise have to handle on their own.

We believe that quality work is created in a calm environment. We create and design spaces that promote a calm work atmosphere and concentration while eliminating unnecessary distractions. Although we’re close to the bustling city center, we’re located in a soundproofed space where you won’t hear any traffic. Plus, you can take a break from staring at your screen at any time by spending time in the complex’s green courtyard or on the terrace overlooking Brno’s landmarks, Petrov and Špilberk.
